This is seemingly a perfect anti-spam software that is suitable for small or big organizations which host their own mail server or even have their email hosted by a third party. It is permission-based software that allows only emails from pre-approved email addresses to filter through and would considered email from non-approved emailing addresses as spam. Thus, non-approved emails will be blocked and disallowed into the email box in order to ascertain that the user is having consistent privacy. Choice Mail One 3.0 is compatible for standard POP3 emailing program and works with IMail, Microsoft Exchange Server, Novell Group Wise, Lotus Domino and including all other enterprise email servers.
Installation should not be a problem once you get familiar with it. For the user who has POP3 settings, it would not be a problem. However, for those with MSN email account or Webmail addresses it doesn’t work properly and setting up can a problem.
The software provides built-in rules so that the user can customise personal rules by creating own rules and testing those rules.
Besides blocking unapproved emails coming from known spam senders, Choice Mail One 3.0 can accept/reject emails by domain and IP address. It allows importation of email addresses, approving email by senders or by domain from an existing address book, to the current approved list.

The problem with 100% safety against spam using this anti-spam program is that it comes with a disadvantage for those senders who are not found in the approved list of email addresses. However, non-approved email senders will not be neglected if they are interested to be a client or an associate and wants to be in the approved email address list. They can complete a short verification response within four days. Otherwise the email automatically gets deleted by Choice Mail to protect the interest and privacy of the user or email receiver.
Choice Mail One 3.0 is a perfect spam deterrent and is for those who loves to have a “spamless” email inbox. But, they will have to sacrifice the loss of important emails if those email senders do not respond to such verification requirement as mentioned above.
